Overview

The Student Revolving Loan Fund regulations of 2010 now allow the granting of loans to students who plan or are pursuing full-time studies as well as part time and distance studies.
Full time and part time courses offered at the Samuel Jackman Prescod Institute of Technology and similar full-time, online and part time programmes at other regional and extra-regional institutions.
Developmental courses of the Barbados Community College and other post secondary/technical institutions, locally, regionally and extra regionally, e.g. Health Sciences, Computer Studies, Commerce, etc. Courses available locally or regionally will not generally be financed extra regionally.
Business, Professional and Technological Programs, e.g. Accounting, Medicine, Computer Technology. Courses available locally or regionally will not generally be financed extra regionally.
